Smart homes or home automation have been around for years, but how about a building that can generate it’s own power? Concepts from weburbanist shows some unique designs that can power itself with wind turbines. Integrate solar panels withing the siding or rooftops will create clean energy to meet its internal functions. Maybe it should be a requirement for future city development.
